Hybrid - 20h/week - Based near Lisbon (Quinta do Boiro – Family Wine Estate)

At Quinta do Boiro, we are more than a vineyard — we’re a growing business rooted in authenticity, collaboration, and innovation. To support our next phase of development, we’re looking for a versatile professional with an accounting background, ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute across different areas of the business.

This is a part-time (20h/week) hybrid role, ideal for someone structured, curious, and eager to learn the wine business from the inside out.

• A finance or accounting profile, comfortable with numbers and reporting
• Someone who can support sales, pricing and basic CRM workflows
• A proactive mindset — ready to help with business planning and organization
• Open to learning the dynamics of a farm-based business
• Available for hybrid work (remote, with some presence at the Quinta)
• Comfortable in a role that’s both structured and hands-on

• Day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and financial organization
• Support to sales operations (tracking leads, preparing proposals, client follow-up)
• Assist with planning tools: harvest schedules, event budgeting, supply chain
• Collaborate with the GM and winemaker on improving internal processes
• Be available to engage in on-site work — harvest, events, logistics
